In 1981, the LLC “Bureaux de Conseils Ernst” was established by Joseph Ernst and his son José Ernst. In 2004, following the arrival of Yves Boulanger, the name of the firm was changed to “Fiduciaire Ernst & Associés”, and it continued under this name until 2023, when it evolved to become Axylium Verviers. In the meantime, Hélène Leclerc joined the partners of the firm in 2015.
The fiduciary is approved by the Belgian “Institut des Experts-comptables et Conseils Fiscaux” (ITAA). Its main purpose is to provide accounting, consulting, and tax return services for both SMEs and independent professionals, with a specialization in liberal professions such as notaries and doctors.
