In 1981, the LLC “Bureaux de Conseils Ernst” was established by Joseph Ernst and his son José Ernst. In 2004, following the arrival of **Yves Boulanger**, the name of the firm was changed to “Fiduciaire Ernst & Associés”, and it continued under this name until 2023, when it evolved to become **Axylium Verviers**. In the meantime, Hélène Leclerc joined the partners of the firm in 2015.

The fiduciary is approved by the Belgian “Institut des Experts-comptables et Conseils Fiscaux” (ITAA). Its main purpose is to provide accounting, consulting, and tax return services for both SMEs and independent professionals, with a specialization in liberal professions such as notaries and doctors.
