Since its establishment in 1993 by Paul Comhaire and Christian Saintenoy, the auditing firm “**Saintenoy, Comhaire & Co**” has developed its expertise across numerous sectors (both commercial and non-commercial). The current auditors of the firm are **David Demonceau** and **Thibault Comhaire**. In 2023, the firm's name evolves to “Axylium Audit – Liège”.

Being a medium-sized firm, we address to all types of businesses: small to medium-sized industrial, commercial, service and holding companies, as well as public sector or non-commercial entities.

Beyond statutory account audits (commissary mandates), the office carries out numerous legal missions provided for by the Companies and Associations Code (in-kind contributions, liquidation, mergers, divisions, changes in legal form, etc.) as well as evaluation missions, due diligence, and various expert assessments. The partners also provide diverse training sessions, particularly for company boards and trade union centers.
