### Axylium Eupen

In 1993, the LLC “Bureau J. Souren” was established by Jeff Souren, who remained the sole partner until 2015 when Christelle Brouwers joined as a partner.

In 2023, the firm's name was changed to **Axylium Eupen**.

The fiduciary, approved by the Belgian “Institut des Experts-comptables et Conseils Fiscaux” (ITAA), primarily provides accounting, consulting, and tax return services for both SMEs and independent professionals.

### Axylium Audit

Established in 2017, TKS AUDIT continues the activities of the office established in 1987 by Helmut Thissen under the name "H. Thissen & Co", which later became "Thissen, Kohnen, Simon & Partners". The current auditors of the firm are **Alain Kohnen**, **Sarah Ossena**, and **Sébastien Verjans**. In 2023, the firm's name was changed to **Axylium Audit**.

As a medium-sized office, we address to all types of enterprises: SMEs in the industrial, commercial, service, and holding sectors, as well as companies from the public, hospital, and non-profit sectors.

In addition to serving as the statutory auditor for many companies, we also offer a wide range of services, including financial, legal, and tax consulting services, intervention in legal assignments foreseen in the Code of Companies and Associations (incorporation, merger, split-up, transformation, liquidation, etc.), valuation and due-diligence assignments, judicial expertise, etc. We carry out our assignments in Belgium and in other countries (Luxembourg, Germany, etc.) particularly within the context of group audits.
